下單並完成付款即完成預訂，司機於出發前一天會向您聯繫和確認行程及上車地點。

Additional Charges for Special Services
  • If you require a child safety seat, the cost is NT$200 per seat.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 10-13 days before the scheduled date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 7-9 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 4-6 days before the scheduled date will incur a 60% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the ride.

※ Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above cancellation policy.
※ No refunds will be provided if participation is interrupted due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control.
※ In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively offer a reschedule or a refund.

Passenger and Luggage Policy

Before booking, please confirm the number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be issued.

  • 5-Seater Vehicle

    • Maximum of 4 passengers (including adults, children, and infants) after deducting the driver.

    • Maximum luggage capacity: 3 × 20-inch suitcases or 2 × 28-inch suitcases.

  • 6-Seater Vehicle

    • Maximum of 5 passengers (including adults, children, and infants) after deducting the driver.

    • Maximum luggage capacity: 2 × 28-inch suitcases.

No-Show Policy

If the passenger fails to board on time and cannot be contacted, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Yes! The itinerary is provided by the customer, and the driver will follow the requested route. However, if the route is inefficient, the driver may offer professional recommendations to help save travel time.

Yes! The private car service allows you to skip the hassle of driving and enjoy door-to-door pickup and drop-off at your home or any designated location.

No, tipping is not mandatory. It is an optional gesture to show appreciation for the driver’s service.

If you are satisfied with the driver’s service and feel they have gone above and beyond, you are welcome to tip as a token of gratitude!

The departure time is flexible and can be decided by the customer. However, please inform customer service or the driver at least one day in advance.

For a smoother trip, we recommend departing no later than 11:00 AM.

No, refunds will not be provided for unused rental hours.

Since the driver’s time is fully reserved for your booking, if you choose to end your trip early, the driver cannot take on other passengers, and no partial refunds will be issued.

The quoted price will clearly specify whether it includes the driver’s meal fee, accommodation, parking fees, fuel costs, and tolls.

There will be no unexpected additional charges during the trip, ensuring transparency and avoiding disputes.

For more specialized vehicle models and colors, availability may be limited. When providing a quote, customer service will confirm the availability of the requested model and color. The reservation will only be finalized once confirmation is given that the vehicle is available for your selected date.

If you prefer a specific model or color, we highly recommend booking early, as it will increase your chances of getting your preferred choice!
