Follow these easy steps to complete your reservation.
STEP 1.
選擇預訂日期、出發地址/抵達地點(機場名稱),所搭乘之航班及航廈以及乘車時間 (建議起飛三小時前)
STEP 2.
選擇您想乘坐的特斯拉車款及顏色,並確認是否需要其他加價項目 (如:機場舉牌、安全座椅等)。
STEP 3.
私訊官方LINE@,客服確認後向您報價,確認預定後客服會傳送專屬賣場請您下單。
STEP 4.
下單並完成付款即完成預訂,司機於出發前一天會向您聯繫和確認行程及上車地點。

Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a reservation
The following special services are available for an additional fee
If you require a child safety seat, the cost is NT$200 per seat.
For each additional pick-up or drop-off point along the route, an extra charge of NT$100 to NT$400 will apply, depending on the distance. Please provide detailed addresses in the form to allow our customer service team to confirm the exact fee.
If you need an airport pick-up sign service, there is a one-time fee of NT$200. A professional sign holder (not the driver) will display the sign. Please provide the sign content details in the form.
For rides scheduled between 9:00 PM and 5:59 AM, a late-night surcharge will apply. Our customer service team will provide a quote upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 10-13 days before the scheduled date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7-9 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 4-6 days before the scheduled date will incur a 60% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the ride.
※ Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above cancellation policy.
※ No refunds will be provided if participation is interrupted due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control.
※ In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively offer a reschedule or a refund.
Before booking, please confirm the number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be issued.
- 5-Seater Vehicle
- Maximum of 4 passengers (including adults, children, and infants) after deducting the driver.
- Maximum luggage capacity: 3 × 20-inch suitcases or 2 × 28-inch suitcases.
- 6-Seater Vehicle
- Maximum of 5 passengers (including adults, children, and infants) after deducting the driver.
- Maximum luggage capacity: 2 × 28-inch suitcases.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger fails to board on time and cannot be contacted, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pick-Up Locations on the Day of Arrival
The designated pick-up locations are as follows:
Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA): Gates 17-18
Taoyuan International Airport (TPE):
Terminal 1: Gates 18-20 (outside the arrival hall)
Terminal 2: Gates 27-30 (outside the arrival hall)
Taichung Ching Chuan Kang Airport (RMQ): Gates 2-3
Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport (KHH): Parking lot opposite Exit 7
If there are any last-minute issues preventing you from meeting at the designated location, please contact the driver directly.
Driver Waiting Time for Airport Pick-Up
The driver will wait up to 75 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time free of charge.
If you need additional waiting time beyond the free 75 minutes, please notify the driver in advance. A waiting fee of NT$500 per hour will apply.
Extended waiting time is subject to availability on the day. The driver can wait for an additional 30-60 minutes at most, depending on the situation.
Will the Driver Wait if I Am Late for Drop-Off Service?
Drop-off services are reservation-based, so please be ready to board at the scheduled time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, a waiting fee of NT$500 per hour will apply.
Extended waiting time is subject to availability on the day. The driver can wait for an additional 30-60 minutes at most, depending on the situation.
Can We Stop at a Rest Area for a Bathroom Break on a Long Trip?
Yes!
Please inform the driver in advance, and they will help find a convenient rest area or gas station along the route.
How to Confirm a Successful Form Submission?
After successfully submitting the form, a green notification message will appear at the bottom of the form:
“Your reservation form has been successfully submitted. Please contact customer service to confirm the next steps.”
Please check for this message to ensure your submission was successful.
How to Modify Your Form After Submission?
If you have not yet contacted customer service, please mention the changes when you do. The customer service team will verify and provide a revised quote.
If customer service has already given you a quote but you have not yet made payment, please contact us, and we will update the quote accordingly.
If you have already made payment and need to make changes, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. The customer service team will provide a new quote, and any difference in cost will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Can I Cancel After Payment?
Yes, but the refund amount will be subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the website under “Important Notices > Cancellation Policy” for details.
How Soon Do I Need to Make Payment?
Please complete the payment within 3 days after receiving the order link. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance for better availability of vehicle models and colors. The earlier you book, the more options will be available.
Can I Guarantee a Specific Vehicle Model and Color?
For special vehicle models or colors, availability may be limited. Our customer service team will confirm availability before finalizing your booking. Your reservation will only be completed if the requested model and color are available on the selected date.
